DECREE
ESTABLISHMENT OF THANH LOA COMMUNE AND LOC YEN COMMUNE UNDER CAO LOC DISTRICT, LANG SON PROVINCE
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Law on Organization Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2000/NĐ-CP dated August 30, 2000 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
This Circular attaches technical inspection procedures for hand cranes used to raise and lower ammunition in the Ministry of National Defense. CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF LANG SON PROVINCE AND THE MINISTRY THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT DELEGATES TO VIETNAM RUBBER JOINT STOCK CORPORATION THE AUTHORITY TO RECRUIT, MANAGE, AND USE THE STAFF ESTABLISHMENT FOR HEALTH AFFAIRS BELONGING TO THE CORPORATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE RUBBER INDUSTRY AND SPECIFICALLY AS FOLLOWS: Establish Dak Song district based on the entire natural area and population of two communes Dak Rung and Truong Xuan in Dak Nong district; three communes Dak Mol, Thuan Hạnh and Dak Song in Dak Mil district; Dak Song district has 80,811 hectares of natural area and 28,380 inhabitants, including five direct administrative units which are communes: Dak Rung, Truong Xuan, Dak Mol, Thuan Hạnh and Dak Song commune. Administrative boundary of Dak Song district: East borders Krông Nô district and Dak Nong district; West borders Cambodia and Dak RLa district; South borders Dak Nong district; North borders Dak Mil district. After adjusting the administrative boundaries to establish Dak Song district: Dak Nong district remains with 172,892 hectares of natural area and 27,007 inhabitants, including nine direct administrative units comprising communes: Quang Khe, Dak Ha, Dak Rmang, Quang Thanh, Dak Plao, Dak Som, Dak Nia, Quang Son and Gia Nghia town. Dak Mil district remains with 68,352 hectares of natural area and 64,560 inhabitants, including eight direct administrative units comprising communes: Duc Minh, Duc Manh, Thuan An, Dak Lao, Dak Gan, Dak RLa, Dak Sak and Dak Mil town.
DECREE:
Article 1. NOW, THANH LOA COMMUNE AND LOC YEN COMMUNE UNDER CAO LLOC DISTRICT, LANG SON PROVINCE ARE ESTABLISHED AS FOLLOWS:
1. ESTABLISH THANH LOA COMMUNE ON THE BASIS OF 3,764 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 1,508 POPULATION OF LOC THANH COMMUNE.
ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARIES OF THANH LOA COMMUNE: EAST ADJACENT TO CAO LAU COMMUNE; WEST ADJACENT TO BAO LAM AND THACH DAN COMMUNES; SOUTH ADJACENT TO LOC YEN COMMUNE; NORTH ADJACENT TO THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA.
2. ESTABLISH LOC YEN COMMUNE ON THE BASIS OF THE ENTIRE NATURAL AREA AND REMAINING POPULATION OF LOC THANH COMMUNE.
LOC YEN COMMUNE HAS 3,103 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 1,704 POPULATION.
ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARIES OF LOC YEN COMMUNE: EAST ADJACENT TO CAO LAU COMMUNE; WEST ADJACENT TO THACH DAN COMMUNE; SOUTH ADJACENT TO HOA CU AND HAI YEN COMMUNES; NORTH ADJACENT TO THANH LOA COMMUNE.
Article 2. THIS DECREE SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF SIGNATURE. ALL PRIOR PROVISIONS CONTRARY TO THIS DECREE ARE ABROGATED.
Article 3. THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF LANG SON PROVINCE, THE MINISTER, THE HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT, AND THE HEADS OF THE RELATED AGENCIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS DECREE./.
