THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/ND-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and Ministerial-Level Agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 85/2003/ND-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

Pursuant to Decree No. 116/2007/ND-CP dated July 10, 2007 of the Government on national defense and security education.

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of National Defense Education,

DECISION:

Article 1. The Regulations on the Organization of Teaching, Learning, and Assessment of Academic Performance for National Defense and Security Education Courses are hereby issued together with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall replace Decision No. 40/2002/QD-BGD&ĐT dated October 14, 2002 of the Minister of Education and Training on the issuance of the Curriculum Regulations for National Defense Education Courses. Any previous provisions that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.

Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Directors of the Department of National Defense Education, heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training; directors of provincial Departments of Education and Training, directors of universities and academies; principals of universities, colleges, and vocational secondary schools are responsible for implementing this Decision.
