THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decision No. 119/2007/QD-TTg dated July 25, 2007 of the Prime Minister on the establishment of the Fund for the Protection of Vietnamese Citizens and Legal Entities Abroad;
Pursuant to Decision No. 2985/2007/QD-BNG dated November 29, 2007 of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the issuance of the Organizational and Operational Regulations of the Fund for the Protection of Vietnamese Citizens and Legal Entities Abroad;
In accordance with the proposal of the Director of the Department of Foreign Financial Affairs.
DECISION:
Article 1. The Financial Management Regulations for the Fund for the Protection of Vietnamese Citizens and Legal Entities Abroad are hereby issued together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Director of the Fund for the Protection of Vietnamese Citizens and Legal Entities Abroad are responsible for guiding and supervising the implementation of this Decision by Vietnamese representative offices abroad and relevant units within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs./.
