ISSUING THE "SUPPLEMENTARY LIST OF PLANT VARIETIES PERMITTED FOR PRODUCTION AND BUSINESS IN VIETNAM"

BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 01/2008/NĐ-CP, JANUARY 3, 2008, DEFINING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
BASED ON THE SEEDS PLANT ORDINANCE;
THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ISSUES THE SUPPLEMENTARY LIST OF PLANT VARIETIES PERMITTED FOR PRODUCTION AND BUSINESS IN VIETNAM,
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS THE "SUPPLEMENTARY LIST OF PLANT VARIETIES PERMITTED FOR PRODUCTION AND BUSINESS IN VIETNAM".
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FORTY-FIVE DAYS FROM THE DATE OF ISSUE.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, DIRECTOR OF THE PLANT CULTIVATION DEPARTMENT, DIRECTOR OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT, DIRECTORS OF THE PROVINCE AND CITY DEPARTMENTS OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND HEADS OF RELATED UNITS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
