Issuing Economic and Technical Standards for Calibration and Verification Work of Meteorological and Hydrological Measurement Instruments

Pursuant to the Ordinance on Exploitation and Protection of Meteorological and Hydrological Works dated December 2, 1994;

Pursuant to Decree No. 21/2013/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2013, promulgated by the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;

At the request of the General Director of the National Meteorological and Hydrological Center, the Director of the Meteorological and Hydrological Administration and Climate Change, the Head of the Planning Department, and the Head of the Legal Affairs Department;

The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment issues this Circular on Economic and Technical Standards for Calibration and Verification Work of Meteorological and Hydrological Measurement Instruments.

Article 1. Accompanying this Circular are the Economic and Technical Standards for Calibration and Verification Work of Meteorological and Hydrological Measurement Instruments.

Article 2. This Circular shall take effect from December 25, 2013.

Article 3. The Minister, Heads of Ministries equivalent to Ministries, agencies under the Government, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, Heads of units under the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Departments of Natural Resources and Environment, and organizations and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular.

ANY DIFFICULTIES ENCOUNTERED DURING IMPLEMENTATION SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT FOR TIMELY REVIEW AND RESOLUTION./.
