ISSUING THE FRAMEWORK CURRICULUM FOR VOCATIONAL COLLEGE LEVEL IN SEVERAL GROUPS OF INDUSTRIES: AGRICULTURE; FORESTRY

Pursuant to the Education Law on June 14, 2005; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Education Law on November 25, 2009;

Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2012/NĐ-CP dated April 18, 2012, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

BASED ON DECREE NO. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law; DECREE NO. 31/2011/NĐ-CP dated May 11, 2011 of the Government amending and supplementing certain articles of DECREE NO. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law; DECREE NO. 07/2013/NĐ-CP dated January 9, 2013 of the Government amending POINT b CLAUSE 13 ARTICLE 1 of DECREE NO. 31/2011/NĐ-CP dated May 11, 2011 amending and supplementing certain articles of DECREE NO. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;

Pursuant to Decree No. 115/2010/NĐ-CP dated December 24, 2010 of the Government stipulating responsibilities for state management of education;

BASED ON THE MINISTERIAL DECISIONS APPROVING THE FRAMEWORK CURRICULUM FOR VOCATIONAL COLLEGE LEVEL dated AUGUST 17, 2011; AUGUST 18, 2011; AUGUST 19, 2011; AUGUST 20, 2011 of THE QUALITY CONTROL BOARD FOR THE FRAMEWORK CURRICULUM FOR VOCATIONAL COLLEGE LEVEL established pursuant to DECISION NO. 2654/QĐ-BGDĐT dated JUNE 30, 2011 of the Minister of Education and Training;

AT THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE HEAD OF THE PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT,

THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR TO ISSUE THE FRAMEWORK CURRICULUM FOR VOCATIONAL COLLEGE LEVEL IN SEVERAL GROUPS OF INDUSTRIES: AGRICULTURE; FORESTRY.

Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS THE FRAMEWORK CURRICULUM FOR VOCATIONAL COLLEGE LEVEL IN SEVERAL GROUPS OF INDUSTRIES: AGRICULTURE; FORESTRY, INCLUDING:

1. GROUP OF INDUSTRY AGRICULTURE, INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING INDUSTRIES:

a) RURAL AGRICULTURAL DEVELOPMENT;

b) IRRIGATION MANAGEMENT;

c) COMPREHENSIVE HYDRAULICS.

2. GROUP OF INDUSTRY FORESTRY: FORESTRY.

Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JANUARY 20, 2015. THE FRAMEWORK CURRICULUMS ISSUED WITH THIS CIRCULAR SHALL BE USED IN EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS ASSIGNED THE TASK OF TRAINING THESE INDUSTRIES AT THE VOCATIONAL COLLEGE LEVEL.

Article 3. BASED ON THE FRAMEWORK CURRICULUM AS PROVIDED FOR IN THIS CIRCULAR, EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS ASSIGNED THE TASK OF TRAINING THE INDUSTRIES LISTED IN ARTICLE 1 SHALL ORGANIZE THE DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFIC TRAINING PROGRAMS OF THE SCHOOL; ORGANIZE THE COMPOSITION OR THE SELECTION; APPROVE TEXTBOOKS TO BE USED AS MATERIALS IN THE SCHOOL BASED ON THE REVIEW OF THE TEXTBOOK QUALITY CONTROL BOARD ESTABLISHED BY THE HEAD OF THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION.

Article 4. THE DIRECTOR OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF THE UNITS RELATED TO THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, THE HEADS OF EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS ASSIGNED TO TRAIN THE INDUSTRIES AT THE VOCATIONAL COLLEGE LEVEL LISTED IN ARTICLE 1 ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR.
