ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE SPECIFIC LIST OF GOODS PROHIBITED FROM EXPORT AND IMPORT UNDER THE SPECIAL MANAGEMENT OF THE MINISTRY OF NATIONAL DEFENSE IN ACCORDANCE WITH DECREE NO. 187/2013/NĐ-CP OF THE GOVERNMENT DATED NOVEMBER 20, 2013 ON DETAILING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE COMMERCE LAW REGARDING INTERNATIONAL TRADE ACTIVITIES AND FOREIGN TRADE AGENCY ACTIVITIES

Pursuant to Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 of the Government detailing certain provisions and measures for implementing the Law on Issuance of Legal Normative Documents;
Pursuant to Decree No. 35/2013/NĐ-CP dated April 22, 2013 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of National Defense;
Pursuant to Decree No. 187/2013/NĐ-CP dated November 20, 2013 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Law on Commerce regarding international trade activities and foreign trade agency activities;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Planning and Investment,
The Minister of National Defense hereby decides.
Article 1. Announce the specific list of goods prohibited from export and import under the special management of the Ministry of National Defense in accordance with Decree No. 187/2013/NĐ-CP dated November 20, 2013 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Law on Commerce regarding international trade activities and foreign trade agency activities (attached with a specific list).
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from April 10, 2017 and replaces Decision No. 80/2006/QĐ-BQP dated May 9, 2006 of the Minister of National Defense on announcing the list of goods prohibited from export and import.
Article 3. The heads of agencies, units, organizations, enterprises, and individuals related thereto shall be responsible for implementing this Circular./.
