Circular No. 40/2021/TT-BGDĐT promulgates the regulations on the organization and operation of private primary schools, junior high schools, senior high schools, and general secondary schools with multiple levels.

CIRCULAR

Issuing the Regulation on the organization and operation of primary schools, junior high schools, high schools, and general education schools with multiple levels of private type implement

Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2019;

Pursuant to Decree No. 69/2017/NĐ-CP dated May 25, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;amendPursuant to Decree No. 46/2017/NĐ-CP dated April 21, 2017 of the Government stipulating conditions for investment and operation in the field of education;

At the request of the Director of the Primary Education Department and the Director of the Secondary Education Department,h The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular on the Regulation on the organization and operation of primary schools, junior high schools, high schools, and general education schools with multiple levels of private type.

Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2018/NĐ-CP dated September 21, 2018 of the Government stipulating responsibilities for state management of education;

This Circular annexes the Regulation on the organization and operation of primary schools, junior high schools, high schools, and general education schools with multiple levels of private type.

This Circular takes effect from February 14, 2022. This Circular replaces Circular No. 13/2011/TT-BGDĐT dated March 28, 2011 of the Minister of Education and Training on the Regulation on the organization and operation of primary schools, junior high schools, high schools, and general education schools with multiple levels of private type.

Article 1. Chairmen of provincial People's Committees under the central city, Directors of Departments of Education and Training, Heads of Education and Training Offices, Principals of primary schools, junior high schools, high schools, and general education schools with multiple levels of private type, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from February 14, 2022.

This Circular replaces Circular No. 13/2011/TT-BGDĐT dated March 28, 2011 of the Minister of Education and Training on the organization and operation of private primary schools, junior high schools, high schools, and general education schools with multiple levels of private type.

Article 3. The Chair of the People's Committee of provinces and centrally governed cities, Directors of Departments of Education and Training, Heads of Educational Services, Principals of private primary schools, junior high schools, high schools, and general education schools with multiple levels of private type, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
