The Minister of Industry and Trade issues this Circular on the issuance of National Technical Regulations on safety for soft start explosion-proof equipment up to 6 kV used in underground mines.
Article 1. Issuance of the National Technical Regulation
Attached to this Circular are the National Technical Regulations on safety for soft start explosion-proof equipment up to 6 kV used in underground mines.

Article 2. Effectiveness and Implementation
1. This Circular takes effect from July 1, 2025.
2. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the Department of Safety and Environmental Protection, the Director of the Department of Science and Technology; the heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals shall be responsible for implementing this Circular./.
