PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Competition and Reward dated November 26, 2003, and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 121/2005/NĐ-CP dated September 30, 2005 detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Competition and Reward and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on Competition and Reward;
Upon the proposal of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen Province (Proposal No. 09/TTr-UBND dated April 2, 2008) and the Director of the Central Board for Competition and Reward (Proposal No. 420/TTr-BTĐKT dated April 14, 2008),
DECISION:
Article 1. Award commendation certificates of the Prime Minister to:
1. The Vocational Training Management Department under the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs of Thai Nguyen Province, for its outstanding achievements in work from 2005 to 2007, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the country;
2. Mr. Ta Van Ut, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the People's Council of Phu Yen District, Thai Nguyen Province, for his outstanding achievements in work from 2003 to 2007, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the country.
Article 2. The Chairman of the People's Committee of Thai Nguyen Province, the Director of the Central Board for Competition and Reward, and the collectives and individuals named in Article 1 shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
