2. Supplement Clause 2 Article 4 of Decision No. 324/2006/QĐ-BKH dated April 11, 2006 as follows:
"2. Within seven working days from the date of issuance of the Investment License or the Investment License Amendment, the Management Board shall send the original Investment License or the Investment License Amendment to the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue Province, and copies to the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Trade, the Ministry of Economic and Technical Industries, and other relevant state management agencies."
This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette./.
