Regarding the signing of decisions to establish member units of state corporations operating under Decision No. 91/TTG dated March 7, 1994 of the Prime Minister

PRIME MINISTER
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to the State Enterprise Law on April 20, 1995;
Considering the proposal of the Minister and Head of the Central Steering Committee for Enterprise Reform;
To create conditions for state corporations established by the Prime Minister to quickly stabilize their organizational structure and commence operations,
DECISION:
Article 1. - For state corporations established by the Prime Minister's decision, the signing of the establishment decisions for the member units listed in the annex accompanying the Government Decree approving the Charter of organization and operation of each corporation shall be carried out as follows:
1- The Minister of Industry shall sign the decision to establish the member units of Vietnam Electricity Corporation, Vietnam Coal Corporation, Vietnam Steel Corporation, Vietnam Chemical Corporation, Vietnam Precious Stones and Gold Corporation, Vietnam Textile and Garment Corporation, Vietnam Tobacco Corporation, and Vietnam Paper Corporation.
2- The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development shall sign the decision to establish the member units of Vietnam Rubber Corporation, Vietnam Coffee Corporation, Northern Vietnam Food Corporation, and Southern Vietnam Food Corporation.
3- The Minister of Transport shall sign the decision to establish the member units of Vietnam Maritime Corporation and Vietnam Shipbuilding Industry Corporation.
4- The Minister of Construction shall sign the decision to establish the member units of Vietnam Cement Corporation.
5- The Minister, Chairman of the Government Office, shall sign the decision to establish the member units of Vietnam Oil Corporation.
6- The Director of the General Post Office Administration shall sign the decision to establish the member units of Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Corporation.
7- The Director of the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam shall sign the decision to establish the member units of Vietnam Air Corporation.
Article 2. - This decision takes effect from the date of signing. All previous regulations contrary to this decision are hereby abolished.
Article 3. - Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairmen of provincial and centrally-administered city People's Committees, Boards of Directors, and General Directors of state corporations operating under Decision No. 91/TTg are responsible for implementing this decision.
