DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
ISSUING REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF INSPECTION DURING EXAM PERIODS

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 85/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
Pursuant to Decree No. 85/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 18, 2006 of the Government on the organization and operations of educational inspection;
At the proposal of the Inspector General of the Ministry,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHING TO THIS DECISION ARE REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF INSPECTION DURING EXAM PERIODS.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE AND SHALL REPLACE DECREE NO. 20/1998/QD-BGD&ĐT DATED MAY 4, 1998 OF THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING ON THE ISSUANCE OF REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF INSPECTION DURING EXAM PERIODS ACCORDING TO THE REGULATIONS OF THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING.
Article 3. THE SECRETARY OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, CHIEF INSPECTOR, DIRECTOR OF THE EXAMINATION AND QUALITY ASSESSMENT COUNCIL, HEADS OF RELATED UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING, CHAIRMEN OF PROVINCE AND CITY PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES, HEADS OF EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT AUTHORITIES AT ALL LEVELS, AND EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS WITHIN THE NATIONAL EDUCATION SYSTEM ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
