ISSUING REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF PRIVATE KINDERGARTENS

THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING

BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 178/2007/ND-CP dated December 3, 2007, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Decree No. Decision No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;

On the basis of THE DECISION NO. 14/2008/QD-BGD&ĐT dated April 7, 2008, of the Minister of Education and Training on the issuance of the Charter for Kindergartens;

AT THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION DEPARTMENT.

DECISION:

Article 1. ISSUING REGULATIONS ON THE ORGANIZATION AND OPERATIONS OF PRIVATE KINDERGARTENS.

Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE CONSTITUTED DOCUMENT. THIS DECISION REPLACES THE DECISION NO. 1447/1994/QD-BGD&ĐT dated June 2, 1994, of the Minister of Education and Training on the issuance of regulations for private kindergartens and classes and other documents related to private early childhood education, and the Decision No. 39/2001/QD-BGD&ĐT of the Minister of Education and Training on the issuance of regulations on the organization and operations of non-public schools.

Article 3. THE SECRETARY OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, HEADS OF THE EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION DEPARTMENT, HEADS OF UNITS RELATED TO THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING; CHAIRMEN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, DIRECTORS OF DEPARTMENTS OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
