Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION IS THE LIST OF PERMITTED, RESTRICTED, AND PROHIBITED VETERINARY DRUGS FOR CIRCULATION IN VIETNAM IN 2008.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE STATE GAZETTE, REPLACING DECISION NO. 12/2007/QĐ-BNN OF FEBRUARY 6, 2007, ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ON THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE LIST OF VETERINARY DRUGS IN VIETNAM IN 2007.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE ANIMAL HEALTH ADMINISTRATION, THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, AND ENVIRONMENT, THE HEADS OF RELATED AUTHORITIES, ORGANIZATIONS, AND INDIVIDUALS WITH ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE PRODUCTION, DISTRIBUTION, AND USE OF VETERINARY DRUGS IN VIETNAM ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
