Decision No. 12/2007/QD-BNN On the Announcement of the List of Veterinary Drugs Permitted for Circulation, Restricted Use, and Prohibited Use in Vietnam

REGARDING THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE LIST OF VETERINARY DRUGS

PERMITTED FOR CIRCULATION, RESTRICTED USE

AND PROHIBITED USE IN VIETNAM

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT

Pursuant to the Animal Health Ordinance dated April 29, 2004;

Pursuant to Decree No. 33/2005/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2005 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Animal Health Ordinance;

Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

Considering the proposal of the Director of the Department of Animal Health, the Head of the Science and Technology Department,

DECIDES

Article 1. To announce along with this Decision:

The list of veterinary drugs permitted for circulation, restricted use, and prohibited use in Vietnam in 2007.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette of the Government, replacing Decision No. 03/2006/QĐ-BNN dated January 12, 2006 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development regarding the announcement of the list of veterinary drugs in 2006.

Article 3. The Heads of the Office, the Director of the Department of Animal Health, the Head of the Science and Technology Department, the Heads of related agencies, organizations, and individuals both within and outside the country involved in the production, business, and use of veterinary drugs in Vietnam are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
