ISSUING REGULATIONS ON STATISTICAL SYSTEMS, INFORMATION, AND REPORTING ON EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS AND ACTIVITIES

Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 03/2010/NĐ-CP OF JANUARY 13, 2010 DEFINING TASKS, POWERS, AND STATISTICAL ORGANIZATION STRUCTURES OF MINISTRIES, GOVERNMENTAL BODIES AT THE MINISTRY LEVEL, AND GOVERNMENT BODIES;
Pursuant to Decree No. 115/2010/NĐ-CP dated December 24, 2010 of the Government stipulating responsibilities for state management of education;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Planning and Finance,
The Minister of Education and Training decides:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS THE REGULATION ON STATISTICAL SYSTEMS, INFORMATION, AND REPORTING ON EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS AND ACTIVITIES.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM NOVEMBER 10, 2011.
