Pursuant to the Education Law on June 14, 2005; the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Education Law on November 25, 2009;

Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2012/NĐ-CP dated April 18, 2012, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law; Decree No. 31/2011/NĐ-CP dated May 11, 2011 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law; Decree No. 07/2013/NĐ-CP dated January 9, 2013 of the Government amending point b, Clause 13, Article 1 of Decree No. 31/2011/NĐ-CP dated May 11, 2011 amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;

Pursuant to Decree No. 115/2010/NĐ-CP dated December 24, 2010 of the Government stipulating responsibilities for state management of education;

Pursuant to the Minutes of the review on September 9, 2011; August 16, 2011 of the Review Board for the framework curriculum for intermediate vocational education established pursuant to Decision No. 2654/QĐ-BGDĐT dated June 30, 2011 of the Minister of Education and Training;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Vocational Education,

The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular issuing the framework curriculum for intermediate vocational education in the following groups of fields: Architectural Engineering Technology and Construction; Mining Engineering Technology.

Article 1. Attached to this Circular are the framework curricula for intermediate vocational education in the following groups of fields: Architectural Engineering Technology and Construction; Mining Engineering Technology, including:

1. Group of fields Architectural Engineering Technology and Construction: Water Resources Engineering field.

2. Group of fields Mining Engineering Technology: Mining Extraction field.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from January 20, 2015. The framework curricula attached to this Circular shall be used in educational institutions assigned the task of training these fields at the intermediate vocational level.

Article 3. Based on the framework curriculum stipulated in this Circular, educational institutions assigned the task of training the fields mentioned in Article 1 shall organize to develop specific school training programs; compile or select and approve textbooks for use in the school based on the review by the Textbook Review Board established by the head of the educational institution.

Article 4. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Department of Vocational Education, the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, and the Heads of educational institutions assigned to train the fields at the intermediate vocational level mentioned in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Circular.
