Circular No. 41/2015/TT-BNNPTNT promulgates the National Technical Regulations on shoulder-mounted pesticide sprayers.

Issuing the "National Technical Regulation on Shoulder-Mounted Pesticide Sprayers"

Pursuant to Decree No. 199/2013/NĐ-CP dated November 26, 2013 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations; and Decree No. 67/2009/NĐ-CP dated August 3, 2009 of the Government amending certain articles of Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007;

At the proposal of the Director of the Department for Processing and Export of Agricultural, Forestry and Fishery Products and Salt Industry and the Director of the Department of Science, Technology and Environment;

The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issues this Circular on National Technical Regulations on Shoulder-Mounted Pesticide Sprayers.

Article 1.

This Circular hereby promulgates the National Technical Regulation on Shoulder-Mounted Pesticide Sprayers. Designation: QCVN 01-182: 2015/BNNPTNT.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from July 1, 2016.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office; Directors of the Department of Science, Technology and Environment; Directors of the Department for Processing and Export of Agricultural, Forestry and Fishery Products and Salt Industry; Heads of agencies, units, organizations and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular.

During implementation, if any issues arise, relevant agencies, organizations and individuals should promptly report to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for study and amendment./ DEPUTY MINISTER
