CIRCULAR

Repeals Circular Joint No. 22/2012/TTLT/BTC-BCA dated February 16, 2012 of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Public Security guiding the management and use of funds for implementing the Action Program to prevent and combat human trafficking crimes.

Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Documents No. 80/2015/QH13 dated June 22, 2015;

Pursuant to Circular No. 1580/BCA-V03 dated June 13, 2019 of the Ministry of Public Security requesting the repeal of Circular Joint No. 22/2012/TTLT/BTC-BCA dated February 16, 2012 of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Public Security guiding the management and use of funds for implementing the Action Program to prevent and combat human trafficking crimes;

The Minister of Finance issues this Circular to repeal Circular Joint No. 22/2012/TTLT/BTC-BCA dated February 16, 2012 of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Public Security guiding the management and use of funds for implementing the Action Program to prevent and combat human trafficking crimes.
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 34/2016/NĐ-CP dated May 14, 2016 detailing certain provisions and measures for implementing the Law on Legislative Acts of Regulations;
On the basis of Decree No. 87/2017/NĐ-CP dated July 26, 2017 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Repeals Circular Joint No. 22/2012/TTLT/BTC-BCA dated February 16, 2012 of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Public Security guiding the management and use of funds for implementing the Action Program to prevent and combat human trafficking crimes.
In accordance with the proposal of the Director of the Department of Defense and Security Finance, particularly;
1. This Circular takes effect from August 27, 2019.

Article 1. Repeal of legal regulatory acts

2. The Director of the Department of Defense and Security Finance, the Director of the Legal Department, and relevant units under the Ministry shall be responsible for implementing this Circular.
