Regarding the correction of Circular No. 107/2006/TT-BTC
dated November 20, 2006 of the Ministry of Finance

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Law on the Issuance of Legal Normative Documents dated November 12, 1996;
Pursuant to Decree No. 104/2004/ND-CP dated March 23, 2004 of the Government on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to the proposal of the Director of the State Budget Department;
DECISION:
Article 1. Amending certain points of Circular No. 107/2006/TT-BTC dated November 20, 2006 of the Ministry of Finance guiding certain aspects regarding the implementation of the state budget for the year 2007 as follows:
- In the basis section, amend: "Decision No. 1506/2006/QD-TTg dated November 14, 2006 of the Prime Minister" to: "Decision No. 1506/QD-TTg dated November 14, 2006 of the Prime Minister".
- At Clause b) Point 2 Section II Part A (Page 7) and Point 14 Appendix No. 01, amend: "Implementing funeral expenses and one-time assistance for veterans according to Decree No. 63/2005/ND-CP dated May 16, 2005 of the Government" to: "Implementing health insurance for veterans according to Decree No. 63/2005/ND-CP dated May 16, 2005 of the Government".
- At Clause (2) Point 1,2,3 Section II Appendix No. 02 and Clause (2) Point 1,2 Section II Appendix No. 03, amend: "Goods and services" to: "Specialized and vocational".
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. The Director of the State Budget Department, the Director of the Office of the Ministry, the Heads of units under the Ministry of Finance, and related units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
