THE MINISTER OF POSTS AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS

Pursuant to the Posts and Telecommunications Ordinance dated May 25, 2002;

On the basis of Decree No. 90/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications;

Pursuant to Decree No. 160/2004/NĐ-CP dated September 3, 2004, promulgated by the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Ordinance on Posts and Telecommunications concerning Telecommunications;

At the proposal of the Director of the Postal Quality Management Department, Telecommunications, and Information Technology.

Pursuant to …;

Article 1. The "List of Telecommunications Equipment Required to Be Stamped with Standards Compliance Labels" is issued together with this Decision.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from January 1, 2005.

Article 3. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Postal Quality Management Department, Telecommunications, and Information Technology, the Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, and organizations and individuals producing, trading, and importing telecommunications equipment shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
