DECISION

On the classification of national monuments

THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION

On the basis of the Cultural Heritage Law and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Cultural Heritage Law;

Pursuant to Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;

On the basis of the Memorandum No. 1026/CV-UB-VX dated July 9, 2004, by the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh Province and the dossier of the historical site;

Considering the proposal of the Director of the National Heritage Department,

DECISION:

Article 1. Classification of national monuments:

HISTORICAL MONUMENTS

HEADQUARTERS OF THE FORWARD COMMAND POST OF THE LOGISTICS GENERAL DEPARTMENT,

BTL 559, BTL 500

XUONG DO COMMUNE, HUONG KE DISTRICT, HA TINH PROVINCE

Article 2. The People's Committees at all levels where the historical sites listed in Article 1 of this Decision are located shall perform state management over the historical site location of the Headquarters of the Forward Command Post of the Logistics General Department, BTL 559, BTL 500 within their respective duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.

Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 4. The Director of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Management Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh Province, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Ha Tinh Province, and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
