DECISION NO. 192/2003/QĐ-BBCVT DATED DECEMBER 22, 2003 OF THE MINISTER OF POST AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS APPROVING THE FREQUENCY BAND ASSIGNMENT PLAN FOR TERRESTRIAL ANALOGUE TV BROADCASTING IN VHF/UHF BANDS UNTIL 2010
THE MINISTER OF POST AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS
WHEREAS: The Post and Telecommunications Law dated May 25, 2002;

WHEREAS: Decree No. 24/2004/NĐ-CP dated January 14, 2004 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Post and Telecommunications Law concerning radio frequency;
WHEREAS: Decree No. 90/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Post and Telecommunications;
WHEREAS: Decision No. 336/2005/QĐ-TTg dated December 16, 2005 of the Prime Minister approving the National Radio Frequency Spectrum Plan;
AMENDS AND SUPPLEMENTS ANNEXES 2 AND 3 ISSUED ALONG WITH DECISION NO. 192/2003/QĐ-BBCVT DATED DECEMBER 22, 2003 OF THE MINISTER OF POST AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS APPROVING THE FREQUENCY BAND ASSIGNMENT PLAN FOR TERRESTRIAL ANALOGUE TV BROADCASTING IN VHF/UHF BANDS UNTIL 2010 ACCORDING TO THE CORRESPONDING CONTENTS IN THE ANNEXES ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION.
THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT FIFTEEN (15) DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Considering the proposal of the Director of the Radio Frequency Management Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, DIRECTORS OF THE RADIO FREQUENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCIES, HEADS OF MINISTRY OF POST AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS’ ORGANIZATIONS AND UNITS, VIETNAMESE ORGANIZATIONS AND ENTERPRISES, AND FOREIGN ORGANIZATIONS AND ENTERPRISES RELATED TO THIS DECISION ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION./.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen (15) days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Radio Frequency Management Department, the Heads of agencies and units under the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, Vietnamese organizations and enterprises, and foreign organizations and enterprises related to this matter are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
