THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Customs Law No. 29/2001/QH10 dated June 29, 2001 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Customs Law No. 42/2005/QH11 dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to Decree No. 66/2002/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2002 of the Government stipulating the baggage allowance for persons entering and exiting the country and tax-exempt gifts and presents imported;
Pursuant to Decree No. 154/2005/NĐ-CP dated December 15, 2005 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Customs Law on customs procedures, inspection, and supervision;
Considering the proposal of the General Director of the General Department of Customs.

Article 1: Supplementing Article 1 of Decision No. 29/2006/QĐ-BTC dated May 8, 2006 of the Ministry of Finance as follows:
"Annexed hereto are the regulations on the model of entry/exit declaration forms in bilingual Vietnamese and English, with dimensions of 12.5 cm x 26.8 cm, consisting of six pages with layout similar to two models of entry/exit declaration forms."
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The General Director of the General Department of Customs, heads of units under the Ministry of Finance, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision.
The General Director of the General Department of Customs is responsible for organizing coordination with competent agencies to guide, direct, and inspect the implementation of the provisions of this Decision./.
