Regarding the issuance of the Regulation on the Operation of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism's Competition and Reward Council

At the proposal of the Director of the Cinema Department.
Pursuant to the Law on Competition and Rewards dated November 26, 2003 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Competition and Rewards dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to Decree No. 121/2005/NĐ-CP dated September 30, 2005 detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Competition and Rewards and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Competition and Rewards;
Pursuant to Decree No. 185/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism;
Considering the proposal of the Chairman of the Competition and Reward Council and the Director of the Department of Competition and Reward.
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached Decision promulgates the Regulation on the operation of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism's Competition and Reward Council.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette and replaces Decision No. 86/2004/QĐ-BVHTT dated September 30, 2004 of the Minister of Culture and Information; Decision No. 1672/QĐ-UBTDTT dated September 29, 2006 of the Minister and Head of the State Sports Committee.
Article 3. Members of the Competition and Reward Council, the Director of the Office, the Director of the Department of Competition and Reward, and Heads of related units are responsible for implementing this Decision.
