CIRCULAR

ISSUING REGULATIONS ON STANDARDS FOR DIRECTORS OF CONTINUOUS EDUCATION CENTERS  

BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 178/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2007, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;

BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 24/2010/NĐ-CP dated March 15, 2010, stipulating regulations on recruitment, utilization, and management of civil servants, and GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 93/2010/NĐ-CP amending certain articles of GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 24/2010/NĐ-CP regarding recruitment, utilization, and management of civil servants;

Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;

At the proposal of the Director of the Teacher and School Management Officer Department,

THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING ISSUES STANDARDS FOR DIRECTORS OF CONTINUOUS EDUCATION CENTERS:

Article 1. THESE REGULATIONS ON STANDARDS FOR DIRECTORS OF CONTINUOUS EDUCATION CENTERS ARE ISSUED TOGETHER WITH THIS CIRCULAR.

Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM FEBRUARY 15, 2011.

Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE DEPARTMENT, DIRECTOR OF THE NATIONAL TEACHERS AND EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT STAFF CULTURAL AFFAIRS AGENCY, HEADS OF UNITS RELATED TO THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING; PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF PROVINCES AND MUNICIPALITIES DIRECTLY UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT; DIRECTORS OF PROVINCIAL EDUCATION AND TRAINING DEPARTMENTS, DIRECTORS OF CONTINUOUS EDUCATION CENTERS, ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS RELATED TO THIS CIRCULAR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION.
