Issuing National Technical Regulations on Water Conservancy Works

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008; Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007; Decree No. 67/2009/NĐ-CP dated August 3, 2009 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Article 1. This Circular issues two National Technical Regulations on Water Conservancy Works:

Article 2This Circular shall take effect six months from the date of issuance.
