Issuing National Technical Regulations on Water Conservancy Works

Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008; Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007; Decree No. 67/2009/NĐ-CP dated August 3, 2009 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations;
Article 1. This Circular issues two National Technical Regulations on Water Conservancy Works:
2. National Technical Regulation on the components and contents of technical design documents and construction drawings for water conservancy works. Code: QCVN 04 - 02: 2010/BNNPTNT
Article 2This Circular shall take effect six months from the date of issuance.
Article 3. The Director of the Office of the Ministry, the General Director of the Water Resources Administration, the Director of the Construction Management Department, the Director of the Science, Technology, and Environment Department, the Heads of relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
