Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to Decree No. 08/2012/NĐ-CP dated February 16, 2012 of the Government promulgating the Operational Regulations of the Government;

Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2012/NĐ-CP dated April 18, 2012, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

Pursuant to Decree No. 74/2012/NĐ-CP dated September 29, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Government Office;

At the proposal of the Minister and Head of the Government Office,

The Prime Minister decides to issue the Regulation on monitoring, urging, and inspecting the implementation of tasks assigned by the Government and the Prime Minister.

Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Regulation on monitoring, urging, and inspecting the implementation of tasks assigned by the Government and the Prime Minister.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from September 10, 2014.

Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of agencies under the Government, Chairpersons of People's Councils, Chairpersons of People's Committees of centrally governed cities and provinces, Heads of agencies, organizations, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
