The Government issues this Decree on management and development of industrial clusters.

Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2014/NĐ-CP dated May 15, 2014 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Land Law;

Pursuant to Decree No. 21/2013/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2013 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;

At the proposal of the Director General of the National Land Administration, the Director of the Planning Department, and the Director of the Legal Affairs Department;

The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment issues this Circular on Economic and Technical Standards for Land Statistics, Inventory, and Preparation of Current Land Use Maps.

Article 1. This Circular includes the Economic and Technical Standards for Land Statistics, Inventory, and Preparation of Current Land Use Maps.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from September 11, 2014.

This Circular replaces Decision No. 20/2007/QĐ-BTNMT dated December 7, 2007 of the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment on the issuance of Economic and Technical Standards for Land Statistics, Inventory, and Preparation of Current Land Use Maps.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government-affiliated agencies, provincial People's Committees under the central government, units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.
