Amending and supplementing certain Articles of Circular No. 31/2015/TT-BCT dated October 24 10 Pursuant to the regulations on functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport; of

          8/2018, 2018 of the Government detailing the Law on Foreign Trade Management; Implementing the Agreement Establishing the ASEAN-Australia-New Zealand Free Trade Area signed on February 27, 2009 at the 14th Summit Meeting in Thailand between the member states of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations and Australia and New Zealand; Implementing the First Protocol Amending the Agreement Establishing the ASEAN-Australia-New Zealand Free Trade Area signed on August 26, 2014 within the framework of the 46th ASEAN Economic Ministers Meeting in Myanmar; về xuất xứ hàng hóa; ||

          of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations with Australia and New Zealand Implementing the First Protocol Amending the Agreement Establishing the ASEAN-Australia-New Zealand Free Trade Area signed on August 26, 2014 within the framework of the 46th ASEAN Economic Ministers Meeting in Myanmar;;

Implementing the Report of the 10th

          Joint Committee Meeting to implement the Agreement Establishing the ASEAN-Australia-New Zealand Free Trade Area from April 4 to April 8 2018 in Da Nang Implementing the Agreement Establishing the ASEAN-Australia-New Zealand Free Trade Area signed on February 27, 2009 at the 14th Summit Meeting in Thailand between the member states of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations and Australia and New Zealand; amending Appendix 2 - Specific Product Rules Specific Product Rules under Chapter Rules of Origin within the framework of the Agreement Establishing the ASEAN-Australia-New Zealand Free Trade Area 3 - Circular No. 31/2015/TT-BCT dated September 24, 2015 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade stipulating implementation of Rules of Origin in the Agreement Establishing the ASEAN-Australia-New Zealand Free Trade Area;

          At the proposal of the Director of the Import-Export Department,

          Circular No. 21/2016/TT-MCT dated September 20, 2016 Australia New Zealand - (hereinafter referred to as Circular No. 31Article 4. PREPARATION OF TENDER DOCUMENTS/TT-BCT)./2015"Procedures for issuing and verifying Certificate of Origin Form AANZ of Vietnam shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of:

The contents stipulated in Clause 3 of this Article shall be notified to issuing authorities, organizations issuing C/O and customs authorities through the lead agency implementing AANZFTA pursuant to Article 3 of Resolution No. 28/NQ-CP dated April 22, 2015 of the Government approving the First Protocol Amending the Agreement Establishing the ASEAN-Australia-New Zealand Free Trade Area."

1. Clause 2 shall be amended and supplemented as follows:

2. Decree No. 31/2018/ND-CP dated March 8, 2018 of the Government detailing the Law on Foreign Trade Management regarding origin of goods and Circular No. 05/2018/TT-BCT dated April 3, 2018 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade on origin of goods."
Article 2. Replace Appendix II - Specific Rules for Goods issued together with Circular No. 31/2015/TT-BCT

2. Appendix II - Specific Product Rules are amended and supplemented as follows:

Appendix II - Specific Product Rules issued together with Circular No. 31/2015/TT-BCT are repealed and replaced by the Appendix issued together with this Circular.

This Circular takes effect from January 1, 2019./.
