Article 2 regarding the subsidiaries under the Vietnam Industrial Construction Corporation
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises;
Considering the proposal of the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Industrial Construction Corporation (Report No. 16/TT-HĐQT dated June 23, 2000);
At the suggestion of the Director of the Department of Organization and Cadres,
DECISION:
Article 1. The An Giang Centrifugal Concrete Pile Factory under the Second Electrical Construction Company shall be transferred to become a subsidiary unit under the Vietnam Industrial Construction Corporation.
The An Giang Centrifugal Concrete Pile Factory has partial legal personality, possesses a seal, and maintains a bank account for transactions in accordance with the law. Its main office is located at Binh Duc Ward, Long Xuyen City, An Giang Province.
Article 2. Business activities of the Factory:
Producing various types of centrifugal concrete poles and prestressed centrifugal concrete poles for power transmission lines up to 110 kV; manufacturing prestressed centrifugal concrete piles, pipes, and prefabricated concrete products for industrial, residential, and public construction projects; infrastructure projects; installing power lines and substations up to 35 kV; constructing industrial, residential, and public projects; producing steel structures and mechanical products for construction projects; trading building materials and transporting goods.
Article 3. The An Giang Centrifugal Concrete Pile Factory is responsible for completing all necessary business registration procedures and operating in accordance with the Factory's Charter approved by the Board of Directors of the Vietnam Industrial Construction Corporation and other relevant laws.
Article 4. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature. All previous documents that conflict with this Decision are hereby abolished.
The Director of the Ministry’s Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, Heads of Departments and Bureaus under the Ministry, the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the General Director of the Vietnam Industrial Construction Corporation, the Director of the Second Electrical Construction Company, and the Director of the An Giang Centrifugal Concrete Pile Factory are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
