DECREE
Approving the electoral units and number of additional provincial People's Council representatives for the 1999-2004 term in Tien Giang Province
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to Article 9, Article 10, Article 11, and Article 59 of the Law on Elections of People's Council Deputies (amended) dated June 21, 1994;
At the request of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tien Giang Province in Document No. 231/TT-UB dated April 3, 2002, and the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government in Report No. 95/TTr-BTCCBCP dated April 8, 2002,
DECREE:
Article 1. Approving the election of two additional provincial People's Council deputies for the 1999-2004 term elected from Electoral Unit No. 1 in Cai Be District and Electoral Unit No. 17 in Go Cong Tay District, Tien Giang Province.
12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThe Chairperson of the People's Council, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Tien Giang Province; the Minister, Head of the Organization-Cadres Department of the Government, and the Minister, Director of the Government Office shall be responsible for implementing this Decree./.
