TRANSFER THE STATISTICS DEPARTMENT FROM THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT TO THE INFORMATION CENTER
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 86/2003/NĐ-CP OF JULY 18, 2003, PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION AND STAFF AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT;
DECISION:
Article 1. THE TRANSFER OF THE STATISTICS DEPARTMENT FROM THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT TO THE INFORMATION CENTER INCLUDES ITS TASKS, PERSONNEL, DOCUMENTATION, PROJECTS, FUNDED AMOUNTS, AND CURRENT ASSETS.
Article 2. THE HEAD OF THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE INFORMATION CENTER ARE INSTRUCTED TO HAND OVER AND ACCEPT THE ENTIRE STATISTICS DEPARTMENT UNDER THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT.
THE DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE AND FUNCTIONAL DEPARTMENTS OF THE MINISTRY ARE INSTRUCTED TO GUIDE THE TWO UNITS TO HAND OVER AND ACCEPT THE STATISTICS DEPARTMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CURRENT LEVEL OF AUTHORITY.
Article 3. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
ABOLISH POINTS a (THE GUIDANCE SECTION OF POINT a), b, c, AND d OF CLAUSE 5, ARTICLE 2 OF DECISION NO. 81/2003/QD-BNN OF SEPTEMBER 4, 2003, ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT, PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT.
Article 4. THE DIRECTOR OF THE OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION AND STAFF AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF THE MINISTRY'S RELATED UNITS, THE HEAD OF THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT, AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE INFORMATION CENTER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
