Pursuant to the Law on Complaints and Reports No. 09/1998/QH10 dated December 2, 1998;

Pursuant to the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Complaints and Reports No. 26/2004/QH11 dated June 15, 2004;

Pursuant to the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Complaints and Reports No. 58/2005/QH11 dated November 29, 2005;

Pursuant to Decree No. 77/2003/ND-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;

Pursuant to Decree No. 136/2006/ND-CP dated November 14, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of the Law on Complaints and Reports and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Complaints and Reports;

Considering the proposal of the Inspector General of the Ministry of Finance,

 

DECISION:

Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Regulation on receiving citizens, accepting and handling complaints and reports from citizens at units within the Finance sector.

Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette, superseding Decision No. 155/2002/QD-BTC dated December 20, 2002 and Decision No. 56/2006/QD-BTC dated October 18, 2006 of the Minister of Finance.

Article 3. The Inspector General of the Ministry of Finance, the Director of the Office of the Ministry of Finance, and the Heads of units under the Ministry are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
