ISSUING REGULATIONS ON THE COMPOSITION, SELECTION, REVIEW, APPROVAL AND USE OF VOCATIONAL COLLEGE TEXTBOOKS

THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
BASED ON THE EDUCATION LAW dated June 14, 2005, AND THE AMENDMENT AND SUPPLEMENT TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE EDUCATION LAW dated November 25, 2009;
Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Education Law;
BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 3, 2007 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF MINISTRIES AND GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES AT THE MINISTRY LEVEL;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
At the request of the Director of the Department of Vocational Education,
The Minister of Education and Training decides:
Article 1. THIS CIRCULAR ISSUES REGULATIONS ON THE COMPOSITION, SELECTION, REVIEW, APPROVAL AND USE OF VOCATIONAL COLLEGE TEXTBOOKS.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM FEBRUARY 15, 2010. THE PROVISIONS REGARDING THE REVIEW OF VOCATIONAL COLLEGE TEXTBOOKS IN DECISION NO. 78/2007/QĐ-BGDĐT DATED DECEMBER 21, 2007 OF THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING ON THE ISSUANCE OF REGULATIONS ON THE REVIEW OF EDUCATION PROGRAMMES AND VOCATIONAL COLLEGE TEXTBOOKS ARE ABOLISHED.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE OFFICE, DIRECTORS OF THE PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT, THE HIGHER EDUCATION DEPARTMENT, HEADS OF OTHER UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING; MINISTERS, HEADS OF GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES AT THE MINISTRY LEVEL, AND INDUSTRY SECTORS WITH EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS PROVIDING VOCATIONAL COLLEGE LEVEL TRAINING; CHAIRMEN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEES OF PROVINCES AND DIRECTLY-GOVERNED CITIES; DIRECTORS OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING DEPARTMENTS, PRINCIPALS OF VOCATIONAL COLLEGES, AND HEADS OF OTHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS PROVIDING VOCATIONAL COLLEGE LEVEL TRAINING ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
