CIRCULAR
Issuing the Regulations on the Competition for Outstanding Class Advisors in General Education and Continuing Education general education and continuing education

Pursuant to Decree No. 36/2012/NĐ-CP dated April 18, 2012, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 32/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 19, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP dated August 2, 2006 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Law on Education; Decree No. 31/2011/NĐ-CP dated May 11, 2011 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 75/2006/NĐ-CP;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Teachers and Educational Management Staff;
The Minister of Education and Training issues this Circular to stipulate the Regulations on the Competition for Outstanding Class Advisors in general education and continuing education,
Article 1. These Regulations are promulgated together with this Circular.
Article 2. This Circular takes effect from January 15, 2013.
Article 3. The Head of the Office, the Director of the Department of Teachers and Educational Management Staff, the heads of units related to the Ministry of Education and Training, and the directors of provincial departments of education and training are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
