CIRCULAR
ISSUING NATIONAL ENVIRONMENTAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Based on Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions
Pursuant to Decree No. 21/2013/NĐ-CP dated March 4, 2013, promulgated by the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
At the request of the Director General of the Environment Administration, the Head of the Science and Technology Department, and the Head of the Legal Affairs Department;
The Minister of Natural Resources and Environment issues this Circular to establish National Technical Regulations on permissible limits of pesticide residues in soil based on land use purposes.
Article 1. Accompanying this Circular is the National Environmental Technical Regulation: QCVN 54:2013/BTNMT - National Technical Regulation on threshold levels for organic pesticides with difficult biodegradation residues in soil based on land use purposes.
Article 2. This Circular shall take effect from February 10, 2014.
Article 3. The Director General of the Environment Administration, Heads of units under the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, Directors of Provincial and Municipal Natural Resources and Environment Departments, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
