BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 199/2013/NĐ-CP OF NOVEMBER 26, 2013 OF THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING FOR THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;

BASED ON DECREE NO. 210/2013/NĐ-CP DATED DECEMBER 19, 2013 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON POLICIES TO ENCOURAGE ENTERPRISES TO INVEST IN AGRICULTURE AND RURAL AREAS;

The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development issues this Circular amending and supplementing the List of Types of Machinery and Equipment Eligible for Support Policies to Reduce Losses in Agriculture issued together with Circular No. 08/2014/TT-BNNPTNT dated March 20, 2014 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.

THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ISSUES THE LIST OF AGRICULTURAL, FORESTRY AND FISHERIES PRODUCTS, AUXILIARY PRODUCTS, AND MECHANICAL PRODUCTS FOR THE STORAGE AND PROCESSING OF AGRICULTURAL, FORESTRY AND FISHERIES PRODUCTS TO BE SUPPORTED PURSUANT TO DECREE NO. 210/2013/NĐ-CP DATED DECEMBER 19, 2013 OF THE GOVERNMENT.

Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS THE LIST OF AGRICULTURAL, FORESTRY AND FISHERIES PRODUCTS, AUXILIARY PRODUCTS, AND MECHANICAL PRODUCTS FOR THE STORAGE AND PROCESSING OF AGRICULTURAL, FORESTRY AND FISHERIES PRODUCTS TO BE SUPPORTED PURSUANT TO DECREE NO. 210/2013/NĐ-CP DATED DECEMBER 19, 2013 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON POLICIES TO ENCOURAGE ENTERPRISES TO INVEST IN AGRICULTURE AND RURAL AREAS.

Article 2. THE AGRICULTURAL, FORESTRY AND FISHERIES PROCESSING AND SALT INDUSTRY COUNCIL SHALL REGULARLY UPDATE THE LIST OF AGRICULTURAL, FORESTRY AND FISHERIES PRODUCTS, AUXILIARY PRODUCTS, AND MECHANICAL PRODUCTS FOR THE STORAGE AND PROCESSING OF AGRICULTURAL, FORESTRY AND FISHERIES PRODUCTS ANNUALLY AND SUBMIT IT TO THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT FOR REVIEW, AMENDMENT, AND SUPPLEMENTATION AS PROVIDED IN ARTICLE 1 OF THIS CIRCULAR.

Article 3. THIS CIRCULAR TAKES EFFECT FROM JANUARY 5, 2015.

Article 4. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE AGRICULTURAL, FORESTRY AND FISHERIES PROCESSING AND SALT INDUSTRY COUNCIL, THE HEADS OF THE MINISTRY’S ASSOCIATED UNITS, THE DIRECTORS OF PROVINCE AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENTS UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, AND ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS CIRCULAR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION./.
