DECISION

 Issuing the Vietnamese Product Classification System

Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated June 19, 2015;

Pursuant to the Law on Statistics dated November 23, 2015;

At the proposal of the Minister of Planning and Investment;

The Prime Minister issues this Decision on the Vietnamese Product Classification System.

Article 1. This Decision promulgates the Vietnamese Product Classification System attached hereto.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect from December 20, 2018.

The Decision No. 39/2010/QD-TTg dated May 11, 2010 of the Prime Minister on issuing the Vietnamese Product Classification System and Circular No. 19/2010/TT-BKH dated August 19, 2010 of the Ministry of Planning and Investment specifying the content of the Vietnamese Product Classification System shall cease to be effective from the date this Decision takes effect.

Article 3. The Minister, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under central cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
