CIRCULAR
REGULATING THE IMPORTATION OF TOBACCO LEAF MATERIAL UNDER QUOTA DUTY FOR 2021
Pursuant to Decree No. 98/2017/NĐ-CP dated August 18, 2017 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
Pursuant to Decree No. 69/2018/NĐ-CP dated May 15, 2018 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on Foreign Trade Management;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Import and Export.
The Minister of Industry and Trade issues this Circular regulating the importation of tobacco leaf material under quota duty for 2021.
Article 1. Quantity of Quota Duty Import in 2021
The quantity of tobacco leaf material (HS Code 2401) imported under quota duty in 2021 is 62,053 tons.
Article 2. Recipients and Method of Allocation of Quota Duty Import
The allocation of quota duty import for tobacco leaf material shall be carried out according to the provisions of Decree No. 69/2018/NĐ-CP dated May 15, 2018 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on Foreign Trade Management and Circular No. 12/2018/TT-BCT dated June 15, 2018 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade detailing certain provisions of the Law on Foreign Trade Management and Decree No. 69/2018/NĐ-CP dated May 15, 2018 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on Foreign Trade Management.
Article 3. Effective Date
This Circular takes effect from January 18, 2021 until December 31, 2021./.
