CIRCULAR
ISSUING THE MINIMUM TEACHING EQUIPMENT LIST FOR GRADE 2
Pursuant to the Education Law dated June 14, 2019;
Decree No. Decree No. 69/2017/NĐ-CP of the Government dated May 25, 2017 stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training; Decree No. 20/2014/NĐ-CP
At the request of the Director of the Infrastructure Department and the Head of the Primary Education Department,
The Minister of Education and Training promulgates THIS CIRCULAR ISSUES THE MINIMUM TEACHING EQUIPMENT LIST FOR GRADE 2.
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS THE MINIMUM TEACHING EQUIPMENT LIST FOR GRADE 2, INCLUDING: MORAL EDUCATION, PHYSICAL EDUCATION, EXPERIENTIAL ACTIVITIES, ARTS (MUSIC AND VISUAL ARTS), VIETNAMESE LANGUAGE, MATHEMATICS, SOCIAL STUDIES, AND COMMON EQUIPMENT.
BASED ON THE MINIMUM TEACHING EQUIPMENT LIST FOR GRADE 2 ISSUED WITH THIS CIRCULAR, THE DEPARTMENTS OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECTING THE PURCHASE, MAINTENANCE, AND USE OF EQUIPMENT TO SUPPORT TEACHING AT PRIMARY SCHOOLS BEGINNING FROM THE 2021-2022 SCHOOL YEAR.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM DECEMBER 19, 2020.
THIS CIRCULAR REPLACES THE PROVISIONS REGARDING THE MINIMUM TEACHING EQUIPMENT LIST FOR GRADE 2 IN CIRCULAR NO. 15/2009/TT-BGDĐT DATED JULY 16, 2009, ISSUED BY THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING ON THE ISSUE OF THE MINIMUM TEACHING EQUIPMENT LIST FOR PRIMARY SCHOOL.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE INFRASTRUCTURE DEPARTMENT, THE HEAD OF THE PRIMARY EDUCATION DEPARTMENT, AND THE HEADS OF THE UNITS RELATED TO THE MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING; THE CHAIRS OF THE PROVINCES AND CITY COUNCILS UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT; THE DIRECTORS OF THE DEPARTMENTS OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING; AND THE ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS RELATED SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR./.
