DECREE NO. 43/CP OF MAY 28, 1994 ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF TAN HA COMMUNE AND TAN HOA COMMUNE UNDER TAN CHAU DISTRICT, TAY NINH PROVINCE
OF TAY NINH PROVINCE
THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
At the request of the People's Committee of Tay Ninh Province and the Organization-Cadre Department of the Government;
DECREE:
Article 1.- The following new communes under Tan Chau District, Tay Ninh Province shall be established:
1. Detach Dong Ha Hamlet from Tan Dong Commune to establish Tan Ha Commune.
- Tan Ha Commune has a natural area of 6,700 hectares and a population of 3,015.
The boundaries of Tan Ha Commune: to the East, it borders Tan Dong Commune; to the West, it borders Tan Lap Commune, Tan Bien District; to the South, it borders Tan Hoi Commune; to the North, it borders the Cambodian border.
- Tan Dong Commune retains a natural area of 8,300 hectares with a population of 7,003.
2. Detach Hamlets 3, 4, and 5 from Suoi Ngo Commune to establish Tan Hoa Commune.
- Tan Hoa Commune has a natural area of 17,708 hectares with a population of 3,010.
The boundaries of Tan Hoa Commune: to the East, it borders Song Be Province; to the West, it borders Suoi Ngo Commune; to the South, it borders Duong Minh Chau District; to the North, it borders the Cambodian border.
- Suoi Ngo Commune retains a natural area of 16,370 hectares with a population of 4,666.
Article 2. The People's Committee of Tay Ninh Province and the Organization-Cadre Department of the Government are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
