Regarding the correction of the number of Circular No. 16/2008/TT-BTC

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
Pursuant to the Law on Legislative Acts dated June 3, 2008;
Pursuant to Decree No. 104/2004/ND-CP dated March 23, 2004 of the Government on the Official Gazette of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam;
Pursuant to Decree No. 118/2008/NĐ-CP dated November 27, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Financial Affairs of Banks and Financial Institutions,
DECISION:
Article 1. Correcting the number of Circular No. "16/2008/TT-BTC" dated January 22, 2009 of the Ministry of Finance guiding the amendment of Circular No. 69/2007/TT-BTC dated June 25, 2007 to become number "16/2009/TT-BTC".
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect from the date of signing.
The Director of the Department of Banking and Financial Institutions, the Head of the Office of the Ministry of Finance, the Heads of units under the Ministry of Finance, and related units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
