THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE

Pursuant to the Government Decree No. 38/CP dated June 4, 1993 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organization of the Ministry of Justice;

Pursuant to Circular No. 06/2001/TT-BTP dated November 8, 2001 of the Minister of Justice guiding competition and reward work in the Justice sector;

Considering the proposal of the Competition and Reward Council of the Justice Sector.

Article 1: The Scoring Table for Competitions for Departments of Justice, Enforcement Agencies, and People's Courts at all levels is hereby issued together with this Decision.

Article 2: This Scoring Table for Competitions shall be applied in the examination of competitions and rewards from January 1, 2002.

Article 3: Comrades Heads of Office, Heads of the Department of Organization and Training of the Ministry of Justice, Members of the Competition and Reward Council of the Justice Sector, Directors of Departments of Justice, Presidents of People's Courts of provinces and centrally governed cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
