THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORTATION
Pursuant to the Road Traffic Law dated June 29, 2001;
Now hereby promulgates with this Decision the "Regulations on Responsibilities and Forms of Handling for Organizations and Individuals when Violating Management and Operation of Road Traffic Load Control Stations for Motor Vehicles."
Based on the proposals of the Heads of the Legal Affairs Department and Transport Department, the Director of the Vietnam Highway Administration, and the Director of the Vietnam Inspection and Registration Agency,
DECISION:
Article 1. Now hereby promulgating with this Decision the "Regulations on registration, license plates, technical safety inspection, and environmental protection for specialized motorcycles participating in road traffic"
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from January 1, 2002. The Circular 522/1999/TT-BGTVT dated October 20, 1999 of the Minister of Transport is abolished.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Heads of the Legal Affairs Department and Transport Department, the Directors of the Vietnam Highway Administration, the Vietnam Inspection and Registration Agency, the Science and Technology Department, the Directors of the Provincial Departments of Transport and Public Works, the Central Cities' Departments of Transport and Public Works, and the Heads of related agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
