Regarding the issuance of the Accounting System for Administrative and Public Services in Geology
THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY
Pursuant to the Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to the Interim Regulation on the preparation of budgets, disbursement, management, and settlement of public service expenses for geological exploration activities related to mineral resources issued pursuant to Decision No. 204/1998/QĐ-TTg dated October 19, 1998 of the Prime Minister and Circular Jointly Issued No. 36/TTLT/BCN-BTC dated April 2, 1999 of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Industry guiding the implementation of the aforementioned Decision;
Pursuant to Decision No. 999-TC/QĐ/CĐKT dated November 2, 1996 of the Minister of Finance regarding the issuance of the accounting system for administrative and public services;
With the agreement of the Ministry of Finance in Document No. 2180/TC-CĐKT dated May 31, 2000;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Finance and Accounting and the Director of the Vietnam Geological and Mineral Resources Administration;
DECISION:
Article 1. The Accounting System for Administrative and Public Services in Geology is hereby promulgated together with this Decision.
Article 2. The Accounting System for Administrative and Public Services in Geology shall be applicable to administrative units, public service units, and economic public service units in geology under the Vietnam Geological and Mineral Resources Administration and the Institute of Geological Research and Mineral Resources.
Article 3. This Decision takes effect from July 1, 2000. The Decision No. 53/QĐ/ĐC-KTTK dated April 26, 1996 of the Vietnam Geological Survey on the issuance of the accounting system applicable to geological survey work shall cease to be effective.
Article 4. The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of the Departments of Finance and Accounting, Planning and Investment, Technology Management and Product Quality, Legal Affairs, the Director of the Vietnam Geological and Mineral Resources Administration, the Director of the Institute of Geological Research and Mineral Resources, and the Heads of the units mentioned in Article 2 are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
