ISSUING CUSTOMS DECLARATION FORM FOR VEHICLES ENTERING AND LEAVING BORDER GATE BY ROAD
AT THE BORDER GATE BY ROAD

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
WHEREAS Law on Customs No. 29/2001/QH10 dated June 29, 2001 and Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Customs No. 42/2005/QH11 dated June 14, 2005;
WHEREAS Decree No. 77/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 1, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 154/2005/NĐ-CP dated December 15, 2005 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Customs Law on customs procedures, inspection, and supervision;
Considering the proposal of the General Director of the General Department of Customs,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE TWO SAMPLES OF CUSTOMS DECLARATION FORMS FOR VEHICLES ENTERING AND LEAVING THE BORDER GATE BY ROAD INCLUDING:
1) TEMPORARY IMPORTATION - REEXPORTATION VEHICLE TRAFFIC MEANS DECLARATION FORM, CODE HQVN/2006/01-PTVT.DB; TO BE PRINTED IN VIETNAMESE AND ENGLISH LANGUAGES.
2) TEMPORARY EXPORTATION - REIMPORTATION VEHICLE TRAFFIC MEANS DECLARATION FORM, CODE HQVN/2006/02-PTVT.DB; TO BE PRINTED IN VIETNAMESE AND ENGLISH LANGUAGES.
THE DIRECTOR OF THE GENERAL DEPARTMENT OF CUSTOMS IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ORGANIZING THE PRINTING, DISTRIBUTION, AND GUIDANCE ON THE USE OF THE TWO DECLARATION FORMS ISSUED BY THIS DECISION.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE; PREVIOUS PROVISIONS REGARDING THE DECLARATION FORMS FOR VEHICLES ENTERING AND LEAVING CONTRARY TO THIS DECISION ARE ABROGATED.
Article 3. THE DIRECTOR OF THE GENERAL DEPARTMENT OF CUSTOMS, HEADS OF UNITS UNDER THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE, AND ASSOCIATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
