DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
On the classification of national monuments
THE MINISTER OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION
On the basis of the Cultural Heritage Law and Decree No. 92/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of certain provisions of the Cultural Heritage Law;
On the basis of Decree No. 63/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 11, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture and Information;
Considering the Proposal No. 05/TTr-UBND dated January 9, 2006, of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bình Định Province and the dossier of the historical site;
Considering the proposal of the Director of the National Heritage Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. National Historical Site Ranking: HISTORICAL SITE AND BATTLEFIELD LANDMARK OF ĐỒI 10 VILLAGE HOÀI CHÂU BẮC, HOÀI NHƠN DISTRICT, BÌNH ĐỊNH PROVINCE
The protected area of the monument shall be determined according to the Minutes and map of the protected areas of the monument in the dossier.
Article 2. The people's committees at all levels where the historical site ranked in Article 1 of this Decision shall perform state management over the historical site of the Battlefield Landmark of ĐỒI 10 within their respective duties and powers as prescribed by laws on cultural heritage.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 4. The Director of the Office, the Director of the Heritage Department, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Bình Định Province, the Director of the Department of Culture and Information of Bình Định Province, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
